How I got to where I am now

Over 25 years of experience in administrative and executive assistant roles, has given me a track record of strong performance in many high-volume, high-pressure environments.

Working with C-Suite executives in several large companies, one on the ASX Top 200 Index in Australia, liaising with people across Australia, New Zealand, UK and China, I achieved invaluable skills that allow me to provide essential services in the online space and not the conventional corporate office space.

For 14 years of my career, I worked overseas as an executive assistant in the hospitality and construction industries in Las Vegas, USA, as well as, a major sporting franchise and property developer in Philadelphia, USA.

However, no matter what country or industry I have worked in, the one thing that enabled me to have a successful fulfilling career was the strong, working relationships that I built with my managers.

Why I started my business

I have always wanted to be a successful business owner in my own right.

I knew that my work ethic and experience would combine easily with my need to make a difference in a professional’s life, who like me, was transitioning to or well established in their own successful business.

Leaving corporate life doesn’t mean leaving all that experience and skill level behind. It’s part of me, that desire to always give one hundred percent in anything I do.

Meet Emma

Emma Carr joined Helen Clark in 2023 to assist with administrative tasks, podcast production and event coordination. With her diverse skillset and experience, she is a valuable asset helping to ensure timelines and service levels are met.

Emma is a highly skilled administrative support professional with over 10 years of experience in providing comprehensive administrative support in various industries, particularly real estate and property management. Throughout her career, Emma has demonstrated strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, which have enabled her to effectively support teams and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

In addition to being part of our team, Emma is also a virtual assistant at EC Support Services, where she leverages her expertise to assist clients with real estate, legal and general administration.

She is currently studying Associate’s Degree in Paralegal.
